SECURITY & ADMISSION

  • I.D will be needed to collect paid party packages and to enter party venues.
  • Wristbands must be worn at all times.
  • Wristbands are void if tampered with, altered, defecated or removed and you will have to purchase a new one.
  • When purchasing a wristband or individual tickets, you agree to submit to a thorough search of your person & property.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
  • Events and acts are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We have a zero-tolerance drug policy, identity theft, and bank fraud. Please follow and respect all laws of the visiting country. No outside alcohol permitted inside any of our venues. Any abusive or unacceptable behaviour will result in the immediate removal from the event and your wristband will be void from attending the party package. No professional cameras permitted at any venue. You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by us, venue and/or event staff and stewards. No refunds for Party Packages or tickets purchased at the door unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

TRANSPORTATION

Airport transfers are optional and can be added at the time of booking. Guests who select this option will have their transfer included in their package. 

For guests staying at the primary 5* hotel, most events will take place locally at or near the hotel. Transfers will be provided for any scheduled BreakAway Weekender events requiring transport.

DRESS CODE

Representatives are available to help you. Please ask for help in any situation, whether it’s directions, general queries or to reportsomething you’re concerned with. They can give confidential advice and offer support if you need someone to talk to for any reason. As you are in a foreign place please make yourself familiar with your residing area. Try and keep your phone charged in case of any emergency. Drink responsibly, know your limit.

Terms and Conditions

  • Use of the Breakaway Wristband constitutes full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
  • We accept no liability for any damages, theft, loss or injuries whilst at Breakaway Weekender.
  • Please check tickets on purchase carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase.
  • If you have made a purchase in breach of these terms and/or if you breach any of these terms then it shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such purchase shall be void.
  • You may be liable to legal action for trespass.
  • Void tickets are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to confiscate any item, which in our reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the event.
  • By attending you give consent to your actual or simulated likeness to be included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audio-visual recording to be used in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This includes filming by the police or security which may be carried out for the security of customers or the prevention of crime.
  • We may prosecute if you cause damage to a venue, property, or cause harm to any other person at the event.
  • Excessive loud music may cause damage to hearing. Please note that pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting or other special effects may be used in some events.
